These Terms of Service govern your use of Go-Zapp ("the app"), operated by Steve Marsh Creative. By accessing or using the app you agree to these terms.
Go-Zapp is provided for lawful content creation purposes only. You agree not to use the app to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of all text, audio, and video content you create using Go-Zapp. By using the app you confirm you have the right to use any text, images, or music included in your projects and to publish that content on the social media platforms you connect.
Go-Zapp integrates with third-party services including ElevenLabs, Jamendo, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Steve Marsh Creative is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those services.
When you connect a social media account, Go-Zapp acts on your explicit instruction only — content is never posted without you clicking Post. You are solely responsible for any content published to your social media accounts via the app.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Steve Marsh Creative does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve Marsh Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Go-Zapp or any content published through it.
Steve Marsh Creative may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
